The first house was Aurelia, lent each June to people the family trusted. The office grew from a notebook of names into a small practice for keeping houses well — but the principle never moved: we take on nothing we would not stay in ourselves, out of season, with our own children.

For the families behind the collection we are a private office: we keep the calendar, the staff, and the standard, and we choose the guests as carefully as the linen. It is why the houses stay loved — and why they stay with us.

Aegean + Adriatic
Raised between Athens and the family boatyard on Paros; she has swum every cove in the collection and holds the keys to Aurelia.
Balearics + Tyrrhenian
A Mallorquin who apprenticed in his family's fincas; he found Serrana by following a mule path, and is midwifing Ombra to its opening.
Atlantic Isles + Caribbean
Twenty years a sailor before he was an advisor; he keeps the Cove House reef chart by hand and the January calendar by heart.
