Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are not required Monday through Tuesday, but are encouraged Wednesday through Saturday. Walk-ins are always welcome, though wait times may vary on busier nights.
What is the dress code?
We don’t enforce a strict dress code, but we do appreciate a sense of occasion. Think elevated casual -- we want you to feel comfortable while also honoring the atmosphere of the space.
Is there an age requirement?
Trona is a 21+ establishment. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
Do you serve food?
We offer a curated selection of light bites and snacks designed to complement our cocktails. Our menu draws from Oaxacan and Japanese culinary traditions.
Can I host a private event?
Absolutely. We offer private dining, semi-private events, and full venue buyouts. Please visit our Events page or contact us directly for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel or modify your reservation at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee for large party bookings.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Many of our cocktails can be modified for dietary needs, and our food menu includes options for various dietary preferences. Please let your server know about any allergies or restrictions.
Is the venue accessible?
We are committed to making Trona accessible to all guests. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate you.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are available for purchase online through our Gift Cards page, or in person at the bar. They make an excellent gift for anyone who appreciates a unique experience.
Where can I park?
Free street parking is available on E 12th St and surrounding streets. We also encourage rideshare services for a worry-free night out.
